Terms & refunds
Effective October 9, 2026. By creating an account or using Rumpel Video, you agree to these terms.
The service
Rumpel Video creates AI interpretations of a fairy-tale dance from your photo. Outputs can change faces, clothing, anatomy and movement. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a copy of the viral clip, or a fixed completion time. This service is for adults aged 18 and over.
Your responsibilities
Use only photos you have rights and permission to process. Do not create deceptive impersonations, sexual exploitation, abusive content, or other unlawful material. Follow your publishing platform’s AI disclosure and music rules. We may reject prohibited content and restrict abuse.
Free preview
One verified account receives one successful 3-second preview at 480p with our watermark. Free previews are subject to daily capacity and abuse checks. They do not renew daily and cannot be exchanged for paid credits. A confirmed failed preview restores the entitlement.
Credits and pricing
Prices are in USD: $4.99 for 20 credits, $12.99 for 80 credits, and $24.99 for 200 credits. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are service units, not cash or transferable property. Paid credits have no scheduled expiry while this service operates; this does not promise perpetual operation.
720p uses 1 credit per second, 1080p uses 2, and 4K uses 6. Choose 3–15 whole seconds. We reserve the maximum shown before submission. Delivered duration is rounded up to the next second with a 50 ms tolerance for encoding. Shorter output returns the difference, and output is never billed above the quoted amount.
Failures, rerenders and refunds
A confirmed task failure automatically returns that task’s credits. Unknown provider outcomes are checked before any retry; we do not automatically buy duplicate generations. A successful result you want to change requires a new paid generation. Creating in a different resolution is a new render, not a guaranteed identical enhancement.
For duplicate payments, unused credit purchase issues or billing errors, contact support with your transaction details. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Returning credits after a failed task is distinct from a cash refund to your payment method.
Downloads
Generated videos are silent MP4 files. The Riff Raff recording and original film footage are not included. Files are kept for up to 30 days; download a copy you want to retain. Output ownership and permitted uses remain subject to input rights and applicable model terms.
Independence
We are not affiliated with the viral clip’s creators, Riff Raff, or the 1987 Rumpelstiltskin film. Trend-reference videos are illustrative references and are not promises of the output you will receive.
